I lost my Passport. What do I do?

Unfortunately, we cannot replace any lost or stolen passports. Please keep your passport safe.

Can I get a refund if I decide I no longer want my Passport?

All passport sales are final, so please ensure you read all details before purchasing.

What if a restaurant doesn't accept the Passport? If a restaurant doesn't accept the passport, it might be due to a new staff member not being aware of the program. Try talking to the manager or owner, and contact us to resolve the issue.
